"The world needs structure."
The world has become unstable and chaotic. Faced with these circumstances, humanity must embrace order if there is to be any chance to rebuild. This is what the Ordis believe. With unwavering dedication, this Faction focuses all its efforts on bringing structure to its environment. Like a sprawling anthill, it strives to build a solid backbone durable enough to support the world in the long term. But the Ordis know that nothing will last unless it is founded on ideals of justice, solidarity and equality.
Members of the Ordis Faction view order, knowledge and justice as the only fundamental principles that can permanently defeat the Tumult, a manifestation of the purest chaos they must counterbalance. If there is to be any hope of stabilizing and rebuilding the world in the long term, they aim to stand together like an unmovable rock, a unified whole that nothing can destabilize. This is why the Faction has many magistrates, soldiers and politicians in its ranks. They collaborate and focus their efforts on building a cohesive and resilient social structure.
Beyond enacting and enforcing new laws that will strengthen human civilization, they work together to support all of its aspects, from education and the economy to infrastructure, security and health. Although the Ordis administration is sprawling and convoluted, it draws its strength from its solidarity and unfailing efficiency. And to achieve this unity, they use the Gestalt, the collective consciousness that links all members of the Ordis together.
